Great Intermediate sewing projects, Great Value!

I bought this book, Sew Fast Sew Easy and Rip It! at the same time as a package. I got Sew On for myself to do more projects with my serger and the other books for my teen neice. This Sew On book included 5 patterns which make this book an amazing value. I spend about $8 on patterns each. I now know how to use my serger more than just finishing off edges, I've been making TShirts like a mad woman! They're so fun and easy to make. The Sew Fast Sew Easy book is simple enough for my niece to follow. She asked me very little questions while she did the skirt. She was able to follow the directions as a first time sewer. I'm glad I got these books!

    Refined my knowledged

I used the first Sew Fast Sew Easy book to learn to sew. Though this one is similar to an updated version all of the projects are different. It includes probably one of the most valuable things like layout and cutting, but it also teaches how to use a sewing machine and a serger. I have done the pant and t-shirt. Next I am using a vinyl fabric in the machine instead of the leather it suggests. It is really cool that you can sew leather on a sewing machine. Who new? I may take a stab at the wrap dress this weekend. I can use it on my vacation next weekend.
