This book has every aspect and detail of the movie. Clothes, shoes, lines and stories from the set. It also has behind the scenes stories from all 4 women and the writer Michael Patrick King. It is 178 pages of pictures and movie details. Its a great keepsake.

This has a lot of fun details about behind the scenes and things that you don't get with the shows. Good for someone that has seen the shows and is a bug fan. I use it as a coffe table book when I have my girlfriends over.

The characters in this book were fully developed in the TV series, and thus, by the time a reader reads this book, it all comes together nicely.
Also, this book is wonderful, if you are a SATC fan of the actual TV show AND of the first SATC movie (as it seems there is a 2nd SATC movie in possible production) .
Anyone that has seen the movie, will be thrilled to read about the background information involved in making the movie. I especially loved all the clothes worn in the movie. Towards the back of this book, the author shows the reader ALL (and I mean ALL) the outfits worn by EACH character in a wonderful vignette fashion, and then showing each outfit individually. A feast for the "fashion" eyes!

I was hoping for more pictures on the fashion of these beautiful women. There is a section of the wedding gowns and an ode to the studded belt Carrie has worn through out the movie, along with a small pic of the Manolo's. However, I was craving more fashion pictures, but I guess they would have called the book the Sex and the City Fashion Book. Either way, it's a great picture book to have in your closet as inspiration to women ever where.

I bought the book the morning after seeing the movie and I am so glad I did. The book gives lots of information on the movie and lots of photos. I recommend this to all fans of this show!

I saw the movie at the midnight showing on Thursday and bought the book on friday. The book go through the movie as it was. There is a lot of behind the sceen stuff in it to!

This book is the perfect follow-up to read after having seen the movie. It tells the movie's story as well as interesting tidbits on filming locations, the fashions/accessories that were worn and how they were obtained, and many behind-the-scenes info. It even details the remodel of Carrie's apartment and where each piece came from. It also features beautiful still shots of the most important scenes in the movie. The book is a definite piece to add to any fan's S&TC collection.

This would have gotten the full five stars but for one thing -- the last eight episodes of season six are not summarized as are all of the other episodes. The ending for each character is given, but I wanted the same treatment for the last(and in some ways most important)episodes to be the same as all the rest. I feel they could have waited a few months to release the book and treat all of the episodes the same. Other than that (and that the cover isn't as cute as the hardcover -- I just love the pink faux alligator), it's a great book for any SATC fan.

The book is simply Amazing! A one of a kind book for any true fan of the Novel or Television Series. This book is packed full of fun facts, Pictures, laughs, and the fashion! You simply just can't get enough! The book I have to say is one of the best fan based books ever. A must read, so go out to Barnes&Noble and get a copy. Cause baby, you're gonna die for it!

An entertaining book, a must have for anyone who owns all the seasons on DVD and is in love with the show. A true fan has to read about the fashion behind the show and all the people who make it so enjoyable. Worth the money and the time. Buy it today!!!

I love this book. I bought it in hardback when it first came out and refer to it all the time! The fashions...the men....the friendships! It is definitely a great companion to the DVD's and a 'must have' for all 'Sex and the City' addicts! Just wish it were updated!

You must own this book if you are a true Sex & the City fan. There is a lot of great behind the scenes information. My favorite part of the book is the full color pages of each character and what designers they are wearing.

This book is so good! if you are a fan of the show, then your lost without it. It's so cool to hear about what the cast & crew say about the show, and what inspires the episodes. I also love the format of the book. they chose the best pictures, the best colors, and the best qoutes to match every section of every page! reading this book makes me feel like im actually apart of this show!

I'm an enormous fan of Sex and the City, and this book does not dissapoint me! It's so informative, and I found out a lot things about the actors and the episodes that i didnt even know. I especially love the "Did & Didn't" page. I recommend this title to every sex and the city fan!

If you love Sex and the City...BUY THIS BOOK! It has wonderful pictures and great behind the scenes information. I highly recommend this book. I got mine as a Christmas gift and haven't put it down yet! Great coffee/conversation book!
