Meet the Author

When Richard Bozzett took a job as a loader on a Columbian drug-running operation, little did he know it would eventually lead him to become tour manager for the most popular band in the world! But with every job change he made to avoid the perils of the drug business, Bozzett would find himself ever more entrenched in it--ultimately working for the biggest drug kingpin in the rock and roll business, Doc McGhee, who financed and managed Bon Jovi. As Bon Jovi's tour manager, Richie was responsible for every aspect of the band's lives on the road from the time they got up until the time they went to sleep. Affectionately called the "Admiral" by Jon and the band, he was the fixer, facilitator and problem solver for all things Bon Jovi. He is the the only person alive who knows the whole true story and is willing to tell it. Miraculously, after managing Jon and the band from total obscurity to unimaginable superstardom without getting killed, arrested or going to jail, he was accused of pocketing orgy pictures of the band by McGhee and unceremoniously fired so that McGhee could avoid paying him his stake in the biggest band in the world.

    Interesting reading for Rock fans

Life as an emerging Rock Gods was as I had imagined and then some! Why did Bozzett save his stories until now??
