More About This Book

Overview

Evelyn grew up with her nose buried in books. She read everything she could get her hands on, from science fiction to the classics. It might seem natural, then, that she became an English Literature teacher after going through college. Too bad the students today don’t have a taste for literature, and she has serious doubts about her career choice.

It’s little more than a week until school begins again, and she’s savoring every moment left of her summer vacation. Lingering late in her favorite bookstore, she is surprised to meet a handsome stranger named Dimitri. He’s smooth and seductive, like something straight from one of the many books she’s read, and she finds him entirely irresistible. This man of the night might be more than meets the eye, and she’s about to find out.

Warning: This 8,000+ word book contains graphic language, erotic situations, bdsm, paranormal activity, domination, submission and this is very much a story for adults (18+)

…Just a Taste…

They had shared a delightful meal and an entire bottle of red wine over the course of an hour, and by the time they left the restaurant Evelyn was hot with a downright carnal desire for Dimitri. Throughout their meal his hand had repeatedly brushed over her knee, his cool fingertips trailing over her skin through the sheer material of her tights, and causing a tight coil of arousal to build in her belly. She could feel her panties, damp with arousal, and as they began to walk along the dark road she longed for Dimitri to take hold of her and kiss her soundly.

And Dimitri wasn’t unaware of her downright horny state. He enjoyed taking his time with her, though, teasing her repeatedly with lingering touches and suggestive comments. Finally, he took hold of her hand, stopping her in her stride and looking down at her as he slowly pressed her back against the wall of the building they were passing. Tucking stray strands of her hair behind her ears, he trailed his fingertips down the sides of her face, tracing her lips and parting them slightly with his thumb.

“You’re a beautiful woman, Evelyn,” he whispered into the shell of her ear as he bent his head close to her, inhaling the light, citrus scent of her hair.

When his mouth finally touched hers, Evelyn wasn’t sure if she would melt or spontaneously combust from the feeling of his kiss. Dimitri kissed with a passion and possessiveness that literally left her breathless; he was demanding and thorough in plundering her mouth with his tongue, and he trailed his hands down her sides to grip her by the hips.
“Dimitri,” she gasped when he moved on from her mouth, kissing along her jaw to her throat; he nipped at her collarbone and flicked his tongue over the racing pulse in her throat.
