    The Ultimate Healthy Lifestyle Book

Sexy Women Eat was an amazing read that taught me I CAN enjoy food without depriving myself or cutting out whole food groups. When school work piles up and I don't have time to cook, I often resort to unhealthy take-out items. Divya gave me great take out tips and quick smoothie recipes. Also, as a college student, I love saving money whenever I can. I learned that my own apartment at school could be substituted for an expensive gym membership! This book is perfect for the social, college student that wants to maintain a healthy lifestyle while at school. It changed the way I look at food and I am now excited to work on the fabulous lifestyle this books promotes.

A Food Book Not About Dieting, Finally!!

What I love most about this book is that it's a narrative about a woman in love with food and her life. Divya takes you through her struggles and triumphs with food, health exercise, and starting a business. Thanks to her, I no longer need to waste my money on programs like Weight Watchers or gym related diet programs. Instead, I learned how to use my own house as a gym, enjoy dark chocolate when I want, control my buffet attachments at holiday parties, and gain as much happiness out of food as I can. Divya really has changed my motivation for staying fit without relying on no carbs or cutting out all my favorite snacks. She deals with food the normal way. Plus, this book was a lot cheaper than any gym membership or diet program-probably the best Christmas present I could have asked for to start my 2011 off just right!

    Hilarious, Informative

Ever since my teen years, my life has always been about food. For as long as I can remember my relationship with food has been one of fear. I was constantly questioning what I was putting in my mouth, making meals far from enjoyable. Sexy Women Eat reminded me that I should not be ashamed of what I'm eating. This hilarious and informative book offers amazing tips on how to develop a healthy relationship with food. I finished the book without feeling deprived or limited. I don't have to skip dessert! Instead, I felt refreshed knowing that I was on the fast track to a healthy lifestyle.

A must-read for the sexy, working woman

I have always wondered how working women managed to stay slim. Well, Sexy Women Eat was my answer. From barbells at your desk to navigating the buffet spread, this book is Divya Gugnani's little black book of tips and tricks for having a healthy relationship with food without becoming a gym rat or compulsive dieter. This book is both informative and funny! Gugnani recounts her days of working 24/7 at Goldman Sachs, doing jumping jacks in the bathroom and lifting weights during conference calls when she couldn't make it to the gym. She also provides great recipes with nutrition information and great advice on how to keep off the pounds during breakups, personal loss, or stress. FANTASTIC!
