Romance with Claudy Conn does for paranormal fiction what tequila does for ice cold margaritas on a
hot summer night. Shadowlife-Hybrid is raw, liquid pleasure. I’ll take getting lost in the hot blooded, life
infused, primal lust of a werewolf over chilly vampire passion any day! After all, the idea of utterly losing control to the “animal within” is truly more frightening than a flirtation with death.

ShadowLife Hybrid by Claudy Conn Shadow Series Book 3 Chase MacA

    ShadowLife Hybrid by Claudy Conn
    Shadow Series Book 3
Chase MacAdams is three hundred years old. He is more than just human, he was born human, wolf and vampire. A hybrid. He is often lonely but after his mother’s death he knew that a mate was something he would never want. Never wanting to go through the agony his father was going through because of their loss. And he kept telling himself that as his wolf begged him to take Roxie MacBran as their own.

Roxie MacBran, an American beauty, was on a mission….get Chase to help in the war against WB and his vampires. She had plans of her own to go into fashion design but couldn’t deny who she was deep down….who her parents were. She was part of a special community and they were in trouble. If only she can focus on doing what she needed to do and get out of there before her inner self connected too deeply with the handsome hybrid.

Chase & Roxie join up with our heroes, heroines and villains from the previous two Shadow books; ShadowLove Stalkers and ShadowHeart Slayer. Together they must unite and destroy the vampires who are trying to take over the human race. And Chase has a personal vendetta with one vampire in particular, Count Vlad Dracula.

Book Three in the Shadow Vampire Series by Claudy Conn. AMAZI

Book Three in the Shadow Vampire Series by Claudy Conn.

    AMAZING READ, absolutely loved it!!!

Another amazing story in the 'Shadow Vampire Series' and once again Claudy has drawn me right into the story to become the heroine. I do hope this is not the end of this terrific series as I certainly want to see more of the great characters that Miss Conn has introduced to us.

This is a steamy book with lots of action, intrigue, mystery and of course some hot, loving scenes between our hero & heroine. Although the scenes are not erotic, they are definitely sensual and extremely well written.

I Highly recommend this Shadow Vampire series to everyone.

    Definite MUST READ!!!

    Definite MUST READ!!!

As always Claudy delivered another amazing series, that is now another one of my favorites. The story that Claudy spins is one that you feel so much a part of. She writes in a way to where you always feel like the heroine, which I absolutely LOVE!!

I really hope that this is not the last time I get to read about Chase and Roxie, Chad and Shawna, or Damon and Nikki. I just love these characters, as I do all of her characters, especially Prince Breslyn ;) and I love to see them live on in other stories.

I definitely recommend this book/series, and while you are at it, you need to check out her other books as well. You will definitely be grateful that you did. ;)

Another of Claudys hits. This is the third book in the Shadow series. It brings all of the characters together from the first 2 books and mingles them with several new characters in this book. Their purpose is to overcome the bad guys and save sanity? Well the bad guys are destroyed or partly anyway. I did enjoy the series and hope more is coming. This is a series well worth reading. Characters names are just that names and do not detract grossly from the overall theme of the novel.

    Easy Reading!

I read all 3 books in this series and loved the stories and the way they were well written. Love the way Claudy has pulled them all together in "Hybrid". These books have love, violence, desire, sex, fantasy, and a little jewel of suspense.
Extreme sexual language sometimes comes out of nowhere.
However... "Stalkers" had many spelling errors. When it came to "Hybrid" there was great improvement.
Also there was too much of the book taken up by advertisements. Example; Out of 244 pages - the story starts on page 14 and ends on 182.

    Nimrod really?!?!

Loved the story and the complexity of characters. But what i was stuck on through the whole story was the fact that she was creativly lacking in character names... Nimrod ... really?!?! There was nothing else she could possibly think of? It kind of killed the mood of the book for me even though he is not a main character. Should have made him a mysterious unnamed irishman and it would have been lots better.

    REVIEW:
Claudy does it again with this one she brings in other characters from the previous books I love when this happens.
In this book we have Roxie who is a hybrid of sorts She is the daughter of a Tribe leader mother so she has shifter / and the father of an Immortal .
In this book we have Nikki and Damon still fighting WB and of course Dracula. They are in need of Chase MacAdams special abilities as he is also a Hybrid.
Roxie goes off to try to enlist the help of Chase but ends up falling for the big arrogant hybrid. They are life mates which complicates things even more. As Chase no longer trusts Roxie as she lied to him about many things. But his pull to her is deeper than the mistrust. Oh and did I mention Chase is a hybrid oh yes he is human, Vamp and Wolf .. SEXY all wrapped into one package. Can they win the battle against WB and Dracula?
There is a ton of Action , Love and Courage ..

    The best

This was my favorite in the shadow series by claudy. It was very romantic and roxie was not nearly as stupid or troublesome as shawna and nicki were. Also, i loved the way the love between her and chase developed. I liked that they couldnt resist each other right up front, which is typical of lycan mates. It was true to lycan lore. And chase didnt chuck, touch, or flick roxies nose one time. A big plus for me. Although roxie did touch his nose. Ugh. All in all, well done claudy. Phyl p

Omg this series needs to be pitched to all the major TV networks...
I can't even explain how amazing it is in words... I love how involved this book is and how we get to see in to Dracula's world and learn about him and why he is the way he is. The story Claudy created is amazingly unique.

I think I said wow and omg over 50 times since I started haha
Not to mention the constant smile and the hand clapping and the self fanning when things heat up..

I don't want this series to end at all. It is superb.. Claudy's characters are unforgettable. She makes the lead characters stand out and the secondary characters shine. She always brings the characters from the previous books into it. They all blend together perfectly.

This is a MUST READ series!!!
