Inspirational. That is one word that describes this 62-page book.

The author is not a medical person, but a double cancer survivor since June of 1990. She offers hope and ideas to make the bumpy cancer road ahead just a wee bit smoother. The book is also filled with beautiful color photographs, most supplied by Susan Ley Photography. The photos are worth the cost of the book alone.

The author strongly urges you to listen to and follow your medical team's instructions and in no way suggests that anything she says should be substituted for their advice. She is a strong believer of the team concept between the patient and the medical professionals.

The author is strong and goal-oriented. She is a wonderful role model in the way she has handled her two cancers. I watch her everyday and might be just a little biased towards her because we have been married for over 35 years.

I hope you enjoy this book and get as much from it a cheryl did when she prepared it.
