Jayne Williams lives with her husband in Northern California, writing for fun and paychecks. She has eaten raw reindeer in Siberia and completed 20-plus triathlons and one slow marathon.

After checking this book out of the library twice and reading it about 4 times, I realized I should probably just buy it. At different times the words are applicable to different parts of one's life, and at any time it is inspiring and helpful. Williams speaks truth, and in a way that makes it easy to listen, not only with the ears, but with one's mind. A truly inspirational book, but not in some airy-fairy way; in a practical, real-life way that actually helps!
