PATTERN NOTES

Work in continuous rounds; do not turn or join unless otherwise stated.

Mark first stitch of round.

Join with slip stitch as indicated unless otherwise stated.

Double crochets worked in each bottom half circle will be wrong side facing.


SPECIAL STITCHES

Double crochet cluster (dc cl): Holding back last lp of each st on hook, 2 dc as indicated in instructions, yo, pull through all lps on hook.

SPECIAL STITCHES

Beginning popcorn (beg pc): Ch 3, 3 dc in same st or sp as beg ch-3, drop lp from hook, insert hook in 3rd ch of beg ch-3, pull dropped lp through, ch 1 to close.

Popcorn (pc): 4 dc as indicated in instructions, drop lp from hook, insert hook in top of first dc of group, pull dropped lp through, ch 1 to close.

SMALL SQUARE MAKE 24.

Rnd 1 (RS): With RS facing, join honeydew in any ch-1 sp on Flower, ch 3(see Pattern Notes), (dc, ch 2, 2 dc) in same sp as beg ch-3, *2 dc in next ch-1 sp**, (2 dc, ch 2, 2 dc) in next ch-1 sp, rep from * around, ending last rep at **, join in 3rd ch of beg ch-3. Fasten off.

Rnd 2 (RS): Join soft white with sc in any corner ch-2 sp, sc in same corner ch-2 sp, *[sc in sp between next 2 dc] 5 times**, (2 sc, ch 2, 2 sc) in next corner ch-2 sp, rep from * 4 times, ending last rep at **, (2 sc, ch 2) in same corner ch-2 sp as join, join in beg sc. Fasten off.

(1 3-sc corner, 22 sc)

Row 2: Working in back lps, ch 1, sc dec(see Stitch Guide) in next 2 sts, sc in each sc across to center sc of next 3-sc group, 3 sc in next sc, sc in each rem sc across to last 2 sc, sc dec in last 2 sts, turn.

Rows 3-13: Rep row 2. Fasten off soft white.

Rep Single Small Ripple on each rem Small Square used to assemble Center Block for a total of 4 Single Small Ripples.

SINGLE LARGE RIPPLE

Row 1 (RS): Working in back lps, join soft white with sc of center sc of joined 3-sc group of 1 Large Square joined between 2 Single Small Ripples, ch 1, sc in same sc as join and in each sc across to center sc of next 3-sc group, 3 sc in next sc, sc in each rem sc across to center sc of next joined 3-sc group, sc in joined sc, turn. (1 3-sc corner, 28 sc)
