Overview

How can love be so right and yet feel so wrong?

Twenty-three-year-old Kamryn Cunningham has left behind a privileged, tur-bulent past for the anonymity of small-town life. Busy with her new bakery, she isn't interested in hookups or fix-ups. Then she meets the very sexy—and very married—Brody. Though she can't deny the pull between them, Kamryn isn't a cheater and she's not good at sharing.

Twenty-six-year-old Brody Saco may be married, but he isn't happy. When his girlfriend got pregnant six years ago, he did the right thing . . . and he's been paying for it ever since. Now, his marriage is nothing but a trap filled with hate, manipulation, and blame—the remnants of a tragedy that happened five years earlier. Although he's never broken his vows, he can't stop the flood of emotion that meeting Kamryn unlocks.

Brought together by an intense heat that is impossible to resist, Brody and Kamryn share stolen moments and nights that end too soon. But is their love strong enough to bear the weight of Kamryn's guilt? And is Brody strong enough to confront the pain of the past and finally break free of his conniving wife?

I understand about making a mistake and marrying for the wrong reasons, it happened to me. What I DO NOT agree with is carrying on with someone else while you are still married! That is this story in a nutshell! Totally discusted with Brody! His reason for staying with his wife for 6 years is ridiculous! Then he keeps saying how sorry he is to Kamryn for leaving her bed to run back to his whiny, spiteful wife! Kamryn should have kept her distance until he divorced his wife, but no, she gives in to him repeatedly and so she becomes the victim! Just not my favorite :/

My belly flipped and my heart fluttered!! Corny..but so true!!

    Molly has done it again!!
I won an advanced copy of this book...and I promised myself I wouldn't race through this book to get to the ending (like I have done with so many other ones) That was a promise I couldn't keep!!

We all met Brody in "Capturing Peace", and if you're human, he tugged on your heart strings and you cried ugly tears for him.
Now we get to see the real Brody. His past, his pain, his longing for a life (without those things.)
That's where Kamryn (KC) comes into view.
Do not judge a book by it's cover. Literally. Yes, this book touches on a topic that makes some twinge with anger, but give these two a chance to tell their story. I was hooked on the first page and became infatuated around page 60. This is a story of love, yes, but it is so much more than that. It is about passion, fighting with your heart and head and learning to accept that love may actually have a plan for you once you stop fighting it.
"I know that I want you more than my next breath, and I know I would be insane to walk out that door and away from you"-Brody
Molly is a genius! No other author has made me feel like I was IN the book I am reading. I can see their story play out in front of me and it was amazing. I got butterflies, I cried, I laughed and I walked away from this roller coaster with a longing for more.
    AMAZING AS ALWAYS MOLLY!!!

Through the glimpses of Brody’s life that we got in Molly’s Capturing Peace, I just knew that Sharing You was going to be one emotional read. I was not disappointed. It’s really hard to put into words everything that I felt when I was reading it. Brody is married to crazy, AKA Olivia, who blames him for everything that has gone wrong in their marriage since they were hit with the worst tragedy you can imagine. Brody is just existing day-to-day and trying to make up for his feelings of guilt. Then he meets Kamryn. Kamryn is running from a life mapped out for her by her parents and boyfriend. She settles into small-town life in Jeston, Oregon. When she meets Brody at a party, she is undeniably attracted to him. While they do their best to stay away from each other, before long they are unable to resist the draw. Sharing you had my emotions all over the place¬– crying, laughing, heartache. I don’t know how Molly does it, but she gets me every time with her books. Sharing You ranks at the top of my list of 2014 must reads and I definitely recommend you add it to your reading list!

This book is very daring in that it deals with a tough subject matter. The love triangle here involves a married couple. It's presented in such a way that you understand the point of view of the cheating husband and the mistress. I love it when a fiction author is not afraid to approach such a touchy subject matter. Kudos to Molly McAdams on such a daring and well-written book.

    LuvToRead

Ok.....this book was NOT my favorite for the simple fact of the story topic. Cheating.

The writing was normal, wonderful Molly.

The story just had me upset. Cheating is one thing I cannot accept. To me it's simple, you want to be with someone else... get a divorce. Here is where all the Liv drama comes in. Liv played on the fact Brody was a good guy and his heartbreak over their son. Still its hard for me to accept. I was shaking my head and yelling at my Nook.

After completing this book, I read the note in the back. It was from Molly stating that this story was based off of truth. These characters are real people out there somewhere. That made me take a deep breath because of all that horrible crazy Liv drama and heartbreaking death of a child happened to someone. We all say what we would do in a various situations but I am sure living through it is completely different. No I don't agree with cheating. Yes, in theory, these people should have handled their beginning differently. But who am I to judge. I am just glad they got their Happily Ever After.

So to critique the story... I did not like it. (Which is hard for me to admit because I love Molly McAdams and I have all of her published works.) It was heartbreaking, tragic, taboo, and went against my beliefs. But it was real, gut-wrenching, and healing.

Like I said, I lurve Molly. I love all of her books. This one just wasn't my typical idol fantasy love escape story. It was tragically real and makes you question all your "what ifs"

No matter what you have to say about story lines, I don't think there is any doubt that Molly McAdams can write. One look at the cover and you can tell there is going to be cheating, so if you have a problem with that, then don't read the book and certainly don't leave a rating if you have not read the book.

KC was stuck in a life she did not want. Her family is in essence race track royalty and she can't stand the life or pressure from her family. She runs away and starts all over. No one knows her real story.

Brody is a police officer stuck in a horrible loveless marriage. No one in his family likes his wife, Olivia. She is a she-devil.

Kinlee is KC's new best friend and she is determined to set KC up with one of her hubby's friends, she never had the intention of her falling for her married brother-in-law. Yep, this is an insta-love story. While I get what is happening between them, and I understand how helpless Brody feels, I could never condone the behavior. What baffles me is how long it takes for him to deal with Olivia. I get his guilt about the past but really I didn't understand. What confused me more was why Olivia even stayed with Brody, why make his life miserable especially since neither her or her family seem to approve of him.

KC also has a weird past and what was a little over the top for me was the premise of Olivia's obsession with KC's family, that was just a little too much.

KC was also a little to needy for me especially in light of her going in to this situation with her eyes wide open.

Now despite my griping and displeasure with elements of the story, I cannot deny that I was riveted by the story and McAdams tells the story in such a way that even if I couldn't agree with what happened I couldn't help but want to know more. Further the side characters in the story are pretty great. I love Kinlee, she is a fun friend, and I can't say enough about Barb, loved her. So if you like well written stories and don't mind the angst that goes along with infidelity in stories, this one is worth reading.

    WOW

Well when I started this book I had to literally prepare myself for one of Molly McAdams famous love triangles. I should also tell you that I am not usually a fan of triangles but she has a way of ripping your heart out and putting it back together better than before. Sharing You is not one of her typical stories, its real life and its ugly and real and heartbreaking and fantastic. It’s only ugly in that the pain that the characters have to feel is so gut wrenching. This is the most realistic book that I would still consider a romance I have ever read and I mean that in the best possible way. We all enjoy getting lost in a story and you do that like any other but the way this story is told and written I felt like I was sitting on my couch and listening to a friend.

The blurb doesn’t do this story justice. It is so much more than a heart gripping, pain induced love triangle. It is the story of fate, and two people finally finding themselves and most of all LOVE.

Star-crossed lovers, Love triangle, conniving wife and infidelit

Star-crossed lovers, Love triangle, conniving wife and infidelity.  Well, that makes it sound really bad! LOL  Rest assured that if anyone can pull these topics off without you totally losing your mind, it is Molly McAdams. This book can be read as a stand-alone and does not have a cliffhanger.

I went into this one blind without reading the blurb .... just signed up to review. I really enjoyed this quick read. It was not super heavy, I liked the characters (most of them... the ones i was supposed to) and liked the story. Afterwards I read the blurb to get a feel for what others may think. I know there are those who cannot stomach cheating in a book, but with reading this one, I could not see it as really cheating.... At least not in a normal circumstance.

Even though it drives me mad and I can’t deal with the angst – it is my guilty pleasure and I just can’t help myself to read them and get totally wrapped up in the drama they cause.  Cheating… another one of those no no topics, BUT, AGAIN, Molly made it work. Once you read and are in the middle of everything that brings them to that point, I don’t think you will be minding that much anymore.
As many that have read a Molly McAdams book already, they are probably worried about their hearts being RIPPED out of their chests and take stock out on tissues since you expect the whole ugly cry, but this is not one of those books.

While I did read the Sharing You Prequel “Sharing Firsts” that was in the Fifty First Times sequel – and you get to meet the majority of the characters in this series briefly, I did not read Capturing Peace yet, as I did not realize that it was a prequel novella to Sharing You, however I understand that we met the male main character Brody  in that Novella – as he was one of the characters in the story, but it is not necessary to read Capturing Peace or Sharing First before reading Sharing You.  I was not lost at all – so I think you can start with either book first.

I really enjoyed this book even though it did have cheating, I totally did not feel bad about it – and I don’t think you would either!  There is so much more to the story than cheating, so don’t worry.  The chemistry and connection between Brody and KC and you will want them together too.

This is a well-written book and you will sympathize with the characters and will be hoping that everyone gets their happily ever after – well except one particular woman…..

I can’t wait to read more about these characters, now I have to go back and read Capturing Peace! So, if you love a good angsty book with a love triangle, this book is for you and you should definitely pick it up!

I have been a huge fan of Molly McAdams’ books from the very first book so when I got the chance to be a part of promoting her newest book, I jumped at the chance without even reading the synopsis. I knew without even knowing what it was about that I had to sign up. Every one of her books have moved me. So here we are with her latest book and find myself blown away yet again.
Kamryn and Brody have this fiery and intense connection from the second they met. Part of them wants to be together so badly that they’re forced to do the one thing that I don’t condone in a marriage yet I felt only sympathy for them. Brody is this sweet and sexy police officer who is hurt by a past tragedy and his vindictive and manipulative wife used that against him. Kamryn is running from her own demons and is a nice and caring person but she can’t stay away from Brody. The situation tore at my heart and I found myself being okay with the relationship in a small way (or at least understanding it) but also hoping for a happy resolution. I loved both of these people (and their supportive group of friends) so much and I really hope to get glimpses of them in future books in the series.
This story tugged at my heart. Like usual for Molly’s books, this one pulled every emotion from me and I felt raw (in the best way) when I was done with the story. The story flowed very smoothly and I found it very easy to visualize every scene and situation. I devoured this book in less than a day. I highly suggest reading it. 5 out of 5 stars!

I love Molly McAdams and her writing. She has a way of sucking you into a book until you finish not realizing that it's been hours. Sharing You held my attention just like all of Molly's books but I personally do not like books that have cheating. Don't get me wrong...Brody's wife is a horrible person and you kind of like that he's doing this to her. Kamryn is annoying. I can't lie I don't like her. She is not a bad person in any way but I wanted to shake her the whole time and tell her to be stronger! She does leave her life behind and start over creating her own business but when it came to Brody I felt like she was super weak. Brody is the same way. He is awesome in that he is doing what he thinks he needs to do but then Kam comes along and he just takes forever before he gets stron enough to handle the situation.

I am giving this book 4 stars out of 5. If you like Molly's books and can get past the "he is married!!" part I think you will love this one.

I love all Molly's books. This one I could really relate to as I have been thru the same sort of situation. Its hard on everyone involved and soo many emotions entailed in it. Molly really captured a lot of the emotions that I shared with Kamryn and Brody. I really felt bad for Brody as losing Tate was extremely difficult for him and he felt like the had to help Olivia even if she was being nasty and hateful. Molly you did another wonderful job and got me all caught up and lost in the characteres again. This was another great read!!

Wow! While some people are put off by the adultery in this book, I am NOT! Not that I condone cheating, but Brody is stuck in a 'marriage' to a vengeful, self-conceited, money-grubbing bit%$. She keeps using the past to make him miserable. Not cool. Get over it!! Kam and Brody have so much for each other. I loved this story and Love Molly!! Mondays suck, so throw a cupcake!!!
