    Once again author Fran Lewis has written a five star book that will help the reader learn many ways to keep their minds active and alert and right on target. From brain active activities to foods and games to keep you going on right on target, the author will help the reader learn what it takes to avoid dementia, alzheimer's and many other illnesses that keeping active can either delay or prevent. Read this informative book and prevent your brain from turning into scrambled eggs.
