She is CEO and founder of SYNERGY, a coaching and consulting company that specializes in customized health and wellness solutions for individuals and organizations. She has worked as a trainer, coach, keynote speaker and consultant for The Human Performance Institute in Orlando, Florida. As an experienced speaker, she has been featured at many national and global conferences. She holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Penn State University, a master's degree in mental health counseling from Rollins College, and a Ph.D. in holistic nutrition from Clayton College of Natural Health.
