Editorial Reviews

Paula D'Arcy
No guide can complete the healing pilgrimage for another, but Pat, Sue, and Vicki lovingly and capably tend the fire that lights the way. Their clear guidance is respectful and comforting. They understand suffering, and they know what it is to be gripped by fear. They offer hope, not because they are optimists, but because they have seen and experienced all that is possible. Each chapter is a further affirmation that the darkness and anguish of abuse are not a match for the inner light.
