Great book! You are always on your toes reading this book, and wondering what is going to "happen next?" The events and characters are well-detailed, along with several plots which would keep a reader guessing on "whodunit?" The ending was surprising but there is a sense of hope and forgiveness. A GREAT READ!!!!!!

This book will grab you from page one and pull you into the characters life...I cried, smiled, and laughed with her! A book about true forgiveness and the road traveled to get there. I found myself not wanting to put this book down! If you want a true feel good read I highly recommend this book!

The author presented an issue that is often overlooked by the general public. The actions of each of the main characters provided an opportunity to think about the what ifs involved with the interactions years later when victim unknowly meets and developes feelings for the perpetrator. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and felt the author wrote a very smooth flowing book. It kept my interest until the end. Love it.

The circle of love and forgiveness. A horrible misdeeds was done but God used it to the good. I enjoyed this book an felt the characters were well developed, the story flowed and the ending was perfect.

I am SO IMPRESSED with this author! The story started with two tragic events, then continued to move very well, keeping my attention and interest right through to the very end. I really liked the ending - an "up in the air" and "try to imagine what will happen" ending. I think it could lead into another novel for C.J. Simpson - Is a sequel in the works??? As a reader, I became so engrossed in the character of Kat, that I feel she has become a close friend. She is a strong, determined woman. The

I absolutely LOVED this book. A great mix of drama and suspense

I absolutely LOVED this book. A great mix of drama and suspense, love and hate, and humor and sorrow. We follow the trials of the lead character, Kat, as we shadow her through throws of tragedy, hate, fear, compassion, love and so much more! Kat seems like the girl next door living her life as you and I, working, raising a child, going to church, taking her son to his activities, etc. I won't spoil the book for you, but I will say the events throughout the story will keep you reading straight through to the end.
