    Sweet, Clean Uplifting

This was sweet and fast. I love that the girls come to be sheriff of the town of rough men and can outbest them all. I appreciate that the girls give several men the chance to turn their lives around to God. I held my breath during the entire wedding part....

Sheriff Bride by Teresa Lilly, is book one in the series and introduces Sam, Jo Rob and Dan.
From page one I was drawn into the story.
As Sam struggles to prove to the men of Water Hole she can be a good sheriff she faces many struggles. Sam falls in love with the local banker and as their relationship grows Sam must resort to unusual tactics to rescue her sister from a kidnapper, testing the love Mark has for her. Sheriff Bride transformed me back to a time where harsh living was a normal way of life. I enjoy every page of this wonderful book and recommend it to anyone who enjoys inspirational novels.

I found this to be an entertaining Christian romance involving four gun toting sisters. They arrive in the small town to accept the position of Sheriff. This is Sam's story. She is the oldest of the four sisters and quite possibly my favorite. Mark is the local banker who thinks the town needs a sheriff. Imagine his surprise when four women exit the stage coach. In this first book you learn about their background and how they came to be such great shots. Although each of the four stories stand on their own; I recommend reading them in order to fully appreciate the character development.

GOD DOESN'T MAKE MISTAKES, WE DO
What a delightful story of four brave woman, sisters, who have never been treated well by their father during their entire life.  How dare they be girls, so even though their late mother was allowed to give them feminine names, they were called Sam, Jo, Dan and Rob. What a shock to the town of Waterhole, who had hired John Hardin to be their new sheriff, and in his place, four young women show up with the news that John was dead and they were there to fill the job of Sheriffs.  Mark Carlin, the banker and man who hired Hardin, sure is not happy.  But don't stand in the way of a determined woman, much less four of them.  The storyline and dialogue is entertaining and these feisty and definitely talented ladies, prove in several cases, they are definitely the persons for the job of Sheriff.  Not only can they out gun, but their love of God shines through and harden men find Christ as their Savior. I love the quote, "If God has forgiven you, you have to forgive yourself too." Waterhole, Texas will never been the same with the Hardin Sisters as the newest Sheriffs and town residents.  Disclosure: I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.  All thoughts, opinions and ratings are my own. (Very minor editing issues, but not enough to ruin the story)
