Lillywhite gives her a more integrated band setting in which to work, which overall made for better, tighter ensemble work between singer and musicians and -- coupled with the high quality of the songs -- ended up delivering a more compelling album, if not a more successful one. [The 2005 German edition includes an extended remix of "Shine."]
