Mike Cooper's short stories have received wide recognition, including a Shamus Award. His novel Clawback will be published in 2012. In younger days Mike traveled widely in Asia, including several years in Japan. He now lives outside Boston with his wife and two children.

    A World Away

    I've traveled a lot in southeast Asia, and Cooper nailed it. The characters are vivid and the plot is gangbusters. If you want a quick read that really pulls you into a different world click away.
