Shipping Law

Overview

"Shipping Law covers the whole spectrum of English shipping law. The third edition has been expanded in many areas, to take into account developments such as the 2001 Bunker Oil Pollution Convention, the implementation of the ISM Code, and the continuing work by UNCITRAL on its potentially far-reaching Draft Instrument on Carriage of Goods.
