“I found myself reading most of the book in a single sitting. . . . If you are ever asked 'How can I get started in shooting?' give them this book. If you are an aspiring competitive shooter, buy one for yourself.”

This is a great book for an experienced shooter, man or woman, who is looking to get into one or more of the many shooting competitions available. The book also contains great advice for the beginner. Shoot was written by one of the top woman's professional competitors, Julie Golob, which should be great encouragement to any woman interested in the shooting sports.

It's a great book if you want to learn about the various competition but stay away if you want to learn shooting techniques. I bought it to learn better shoot techniques but quickly found out that was only in the last 30 pages of the book.
