Meet the Author

Nothing really interesting to say about me. I live in Edinburgh, I don't know what I would put on the inside of a book jacket to make me sound interesting. I might just make stuff up.

The Short bedtime stories are freebies. Based on stories I made up for my daughters. They're not as I originally told them as they changed with each telling but similar.

The short story collection is also free, I hope you enjoy the seven stories up there. Some of them are on the McStorytellers page. You may find some more of my work there in the future (it's free to read as well).

The films that had their names changed is a bit of a laugh really. I started as a joke and then I took it seriously. It will get longer as I find new things to rant about.

    Loved it........

    I liked most of the stories in this book My favorite story was the one about the family of monkeys I loved this book and recomend it to people who like short and silly stories

    Cute book

    Ah, no.

    I wanted to read these to my nephew but these ate actually the worst bedtime stories ever. Sorry author, nice effort though :-). Good thing i read it first...

    If your a person who needs a quick happy story to end the day... this one works. Its a happy story about monkeys. Lions. Santa. And crabs. ThiS IS my second time reading this and i like it. I dont recomend it if your not imaginative, text-craze person, ot lodt your sense of fun.

    Not very impressed

    Its true these stories would probably be good for putting your kids to sleep because they are pretty boring. And they are rather long for younger children. There were way too many typing errors.

    I love this book! Yeah, the stories are a bit odd but my boys fell asleep! The book made me laugh! It is for all ages in my opinion. There is lots in this book that kids wont understand. Thats how it puts them to bed. The only problem i had was all the misspelled words.

    For those of you with no manners...

    I really love how the majority of you posting obscene comments can't even use proper grammar, let alone write an appropriate review. If you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all. There is a fine line between collective criticism, and being innappropriate. How would you feel if someone made fun of your writings?
