Short Cuts, Volume 1by Usamaru Furuya
In this second and final volume of his Short Cuts series, Furuya revisits the gallery of bizarre comic characters introduced in the first entry: classroom bunny Mariko, obsessive Zero Boy, Bigfoot Muku, and stranger beings still. This volume contains a tsunami of surreal gags and teenage zaniness, all rendered in Furuya's distinctive mixture of innovative layouts and peerless art. A treat for fans of the cutting edge of comics art as well as anyone who wants the skinny on the latest Tokyo fads.

This book is really funny, but only to us that understand the kogal fad. Otherwise you will be shacking and sctaching your head as you try to figure out the gags.
