    Show Horse

A great read for horse crazy girls ages 8-14. It shows a intresting side of Carole as she becomes jealous of a accomplished rider, Cam Nelson. Lisa pledges to show Prancer and comes in over her head. Highly recommended.

    Show Horse

This was a pretty good book. It showed an unusual side of Carol. She is always used to being the most knowledgeble when it comes to horses, but suddenly she is feeling insecure and jealous when she realizes that there is someone who knows more than she does.
As usual, Lisa is the most annoying character in the story. She wants to ride Prancer in the horse show so badly, that she ingores the mare's faults and her friends' smart advise. That aspect made me not give the fifth star.
