    Garamond Press compression of Dr. Ian K. Smith’s SHRED Diet was thoughtful and very concise. They respectfully content to not have any endorsement or rights to this diet, however suggests it as an aide alongside the actual book it summaries.  For me this text actually promoted my curiosity to purchase the actual book.  I am delightful impressed and recommend this book as an aide or an introduction to the SHRED Diet.

    My wife picked us up a copy of SHRED… in 30 Minutes, and I have been reading this powerful little book everywhere—at the gym, at home, at work. Dr. Ian K. Smith has really knocked one out of the park with this one. I don’t often get excited about dieting, or exercise for that matter, but when a diet can help you overcome a weight loss plateau you have struggled with for seven years, it’s a winner. It’s all about the Shred Cycle—Prime, Challenge, Transformation, Ascend, Cleanse, and Explode. Trust me, it’s a whole lot easier than it sounds, and with SHRED… in 30 Minutes, you will see results that change your life. I’m the proof.

    The 30 Minute Shred does a great job of explaining the logistics of Dr. Ian Smith's hybrid diet/fitness program. By explaining and illustrating the concept of dietary and muscular confusion, Shred makes it easy for anyone struggling with plateauing to take the next step to a healthy, stronger body. As a fitness enthusiast, this book helped me to think of different approaches to supercharging my workout, and my diet! Highly recommended!

    If you are looking to re-vamp your dieting plan this book is the perfect read. The author gives the reader a quick and useful look at Dr. Smith’s book. It gives cohesive, organized advice that is so easy to follow! If you want to rid your body of assess fat you can learn to do so after quickly reading this short book. The meal plans are easy to follow. The daily exercise plan is also simple to follow.
    This book is perfect if you don’t have the time to invest in reading copious amount of advice about exercising and eating right. If you have reached your plateau, and need help conquering it this book could be for you. I definitely recommend it to anyone who is seeking to lose weight in a healthy way.
