    This Mom Knows Her Stuff

    Denise Austin keeps up with the latest on research, and she's just a great person for projecting information and leading exercise classes. Reviewing her book, I'm starting out well with my New Years fitness. My 12 and I are enthusiastically throwing ourselves to this challenge and combining such knowledge with things like great routines I found in Oxygen magazine and Denise's Sculpt Your Body with Balls and Bands. Oxygen's routine to end tharms is kind of tough, but thinking of fitness role models like Denise, Madonna, or Meryl Streep help me thinking I can do it. Just see Meryl's arms in The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.

    Shrink your fat zones!

    If you are looking to tone, drop pounds and inches this is the book for you. What I liked best is that Denise helps you to work up to each excersize. Then every two weeks the difficulty changes, so you can build up to the harder routines. The best part is that with each excersize, instead of just telling you you are working your tripcepts its says 'lets you wave your hand with confidence.' Which help me to stay motivated. Great book!

    awesom book

    i love this book, easy recipes to follow and and take with you on the go as i am a very busy person plus i actually love the exercises, a well written and excellent book with tons of useful information. best of all the menu choices are great and everything is already counted out for you, plus you get many other food options from the list :) highly recommended for any and all. i am not a 'health book buyer' but i am so glad i have this one--:):)

    Lifestyle change is the key to permanent weight loss

    If you want to achieve permanent weight loss you have to modify your lifestye and this book shows you how. I also recommend 'The Power of Positive Habits' which shows you how to lose weight automatically by changing your lifestyle.
