    If you're 'in recovery' from any sort of hard time-divorce, illness, bankruptcy, even your child leaving home-READ THIS BOOK! It's the best book I've ever found on how not to shut down when something challenging happens. In fact, Silver Linings shows you how to use whatever life challenge you've got to create a larger, freer, more purposeful life. This isn't just inspirational 'stuff'-you learn practical ways to grow spiritually and heal emotionally. This book changed my life!

    Silver Linings: The Power of Trauma to Transform Your Life

    This book is a HUGE gift for anyone going through any kind of big transition! It gives you hope, inspiration, and real practical ways to let your transition, whatever it is, renew your life at all levels. The author writes from her heart-it feels like you've got your own personal guide through what can be some pretty rough territory. This book has totally transformed the way I experience what I'm going through.
