Almost every sentence you'll read in this book is a practical advice for a simpler experience. It won't give you a step-by-step for designing something from scratch, but all those advices will surely be useful.

This book is full of great reminders to bring a web application developer/user experience architect full circle in their thinking. It helps set the vision of even the smallest application or interface. Very well written and extremely consumable!
