I started this diet 4 weeks ago and today I am 9 pounds down. That after 1 and 1/2 years on weight-watchers (a good program, but I need a simplier plan with less options). I am satisfied, happy with my progress and find it very easy to do and follow.

I found nothing new in this book that I havent read about in other diet books, such as Atkins and South Beach. I talks about blood sugar spikes and controlling them. This is nothing new for seasoned dieters. The addition of "shakes" as meal replacements does not work. It does not satisfy the need for a meal.
