    Truly Simple

    I bought this book after seeing it in Woman's World Magazine. It's truly easy (with a toddler this is important). It truly is inexpensive and it really does work. I've been trying to use Weight Watchers for months now, and have seen better, faster, and easier results in a week with this book than I did in a month on WW.

    Need to try it

    ai have been on the diet for 3 weeks and lost 7 lbs. It is much easier than counting points like Weght Watchers. I am never hungrey. I would recommend this diet

    Very simple plan for weight loss

    I started this diet 4 weeks ago and today I am 9 pounds down. That after 1 and 1/2 years on weight-watchers (a good program, but I need a simplier plan with less options). I am satisfied, happy with my progress and find it very easy to do and follow.

    Love this diet!

    I have been on many many diets through the years. I started this a couple of weeks ago and find it very easy. I'm never hungry and it is very versatile.

    Waste of money

    I found nothing new in this book that I havent read about in other diet books, such as Atkins and South Beach. I talks about blood sugar spikes and controlling them. This is nothing new for seasoned dieters. The addition of "shakes" as meal replacements does not work. It does not satisfy the need for a meal.
