Meet the Author

Mark and Sally Bailey have been evolving their version of recycling for over thirty years, in both their home and their acclaimed business Baileys. Described by the retail guru Mary Portas as a 'gem' set in the 'glorious Herefordshire countryside', Baileys was recently awarded 'best shop for homewares in Britain' by the Telegraph magazine. Mark and Sally Bailey have been involved in numerous collaborations with the music, retail and fashion industries as well as product design. They recently launched a range of lighting made from recycled glass bottles. The Baileys' other books for Ryland Peters & Small, Handmade Home and Simple Home, have enjoyed both critical and commercial success, with editions published in Germany, Italy, Finland and Holland.
