This is the first of many books on diet, exercise, etc. that I have purchased and is by far the best and most practical. There are no wierd diets or diets that leave out important nutritional elements. It is a common sense and beautifully designed book. It inspires the reader to really examine his or her lifestyle and see where improvements can be made that will result in achieving weight-loss goals and body improvements. It is presented in short, easily comprehended modules that work well with today's fast-paced living. And more than all that, it works! I lost eight pounds in four weeks after putting the principles of this book to use. I have more energy and have been told by a number of people that I look years younger. My cholesterol level improved also, much to the delight of my doctor.
