    NOT WORTH IT - EVEN IT WAS FREE!

    Do not buy this book. It is completely worthless, filled with typos and grammatical errors and such pearls of wisdom as: "Also developing the habit of avoiding heavier meals towards the end of a day is also wise."

    Although titled Simple Weight Loss Recipes, the book has only four -- yes four - recipes in the 20-page book... a black-bean recipe, an oat bread recipe, a salmon recipe and an avacado dip recipe.
