A beginner or a more experienced baker will like the recipes in this book. Many favorites.

In general, it's not a bad book, although at least one recipe is completely messed up (the recipe for the Italian Country Bread, has completely wrong proportions of flour and water) Furthermore, I wish the authors would have given ingredients in both volume and weight.   Just for the fact that they screwed up the one recipe (poor quality control) i'm deducting three stars.
