    Must Steal for your Kitchen!

    I'm a chef at a popular fine dining restaurant in California and was at a party where the hostess had Chef Silvia's book in the kitchen. Being the nosey reader and always looking for fresh ideas I began skimming 'Simply Saute'. I was immediately sucked in by her style and loved how quickly I generated ways I could adapt some of my recipes to her ingredients. I also quickly realized she had techniques that were simpler and quicker than some of my 'tried' and 'a little tired' way of doing things.You can teach an 'old dog'... Thanks and I hope there is another book coming soon. P.S. I've already bought 5 copies for my staff!

    Simply Saute: Fast, Easy and Healthy Italian Cooking -- All in One Pan

    I was happily surprised at the ease in which I could follow Chef Silvia's instructions. Her style was fluid and humorous..with chunks of interesting background and history. This is a must buy for anyone serious about cooking like a a true chef in just minutes. She offers so many keys that cross over into all styles of cooking, but really convinces the reader how slick and healthful saute' can be. Bravo Chef Silvia!

    Simply Saute: Fast, Easy and Healthy Italian Cooking -- All in One Pan

    Really loved the simple, easy to follow lay out. Chef Silvia is also very humorous. She related alot of history and personal anecdotes in a warm and light fashion unlike the dry stream normally attached to much more complicated reipe renderings. Tried 2 samplings already and was big hit at party!! All my pals are getting this book for Christmas!
