I cannot say enough good things about this book. I bought it years ago and have gained a reputation for my great scones. I owe it completely to this book!

The authors gave excellent instructions as to the best way to make a variety of scones. They had many recipes of sweet, savory and classic scones. It also gave a history of scones and predicted that it will be the next "must have" item for breakfast on Americans tables. Everything included was so clearly written that it guaranteed success for anyone attempting to make the various kinds included in the book. I highly recommed you add it to your collection of favored cookbooks.
