    Excellent projects for beginners

My 8-year-old daughter received a sewing machine for her birthday as well as a copy of this book. I DO NOT SEW! But, with this book we were able to start a small project right away. Over a weekend she made a bag and blanket, and now she is working on a pair of pajama pants. It's very easy to follow along, and I am learning a lot myself...it's inspiring me to learn more. I highly recommend this book.
