    Great Cookbook

I am relatively new to GF cooking, but have made an effort to cook nutritious whole-food meals for myself and my family since being "turned on" to the organic food movement (and becoming aware of all its benefits) 7 years ago. When it became clear that my son and I both needed a gluten free diet, I was disappointed at how easy it was to find gluten-free junk food in stores - food that is free of gluten, but also free of nutritional value. I came upon Amy's blog and knew that hers was a cookbook I needed in my library.

I love how easy it is to highlight favorite recipes in my nook, and reference them later when I am meal planning for the week. I love the priority Amy puts on using food that is delicious AND good for you. I highly recommend this book.

    Fabulous!

This is one of my well used cookbooks! So often, eating Gluten Free means lots of carbs and sugars, so this is a great book to help someone eat healthier. So glad I found this great book with so many wonderful, healthier recipes!

This book looks to be quite complete in it's range. In starting out with the nook version, I can't find a referenced component (Basic flour blend) listed on page 212 in a book of 161 pages. How odd. A search reveals many references to this flour blend but no formula. I reviewed many of the recipes and see that this will be a good reference book. I'll find out what that flour blend recipe is....
