Terrible. A waste of money.
I just bought this kit at my local Barnes & Noble. I am horrified because once you open, and use, a DVD, it can not be returned. They do not modify the routine by either facing away from you, or acting as your mirror. So when the voice on the DVD says to move your foot to the right, the demonstrators move their feet to your left. This is confusing and not at all helpful. I used to take Tai Chi and bought this as a refresher, and it STILL messed me up. Also, the introduction, before it even begins the warm up, is long and beyond dull. Don't waste your money.
