It's one man's crazed and personal assault on the world of e-mail.

Imagine e-mailing a priest asking for spiritual guidance and support because you had killed thousands of bugs on your windshield one muggy summer night. Or e-mailing a cigarette shop asking if they would like to carry a new line of cigarettes that grow longer as you smoke them. Or e-mailing a detective agent asking for help because you had reason to believe that someone was stealing your front lawn. Well, someone...

Overview

It's one man's crazed and personal assault on the world of e-mail.

Imagine e-mailing a priest asking for spiritual guidance and support because you had killed thousands of bugs on your windshield one muggy summer night. Or e-mailing a cigarette shop asking if they would like to carry a new line of cigarettes that grow longer as you smoke them. Or e-mailing a detective agent asking for help because you had reason to believe that someone was stealing your front lawn. Well, someone didn't just imagine it. They actually had the stupidity to do it. That's Sincerely, Scott Neumann, a compilation of dozens of vitally important e-mails and their responses from all over the world. From large corporations, to dream analysts, to porn site webmasters, Scott Neumann has many, many issues on his mind, and thanks to e-mail, he can now get his answers quickly, safely and in the privacy of his own modem. Sincerely, Scott Neumann is a book that anyone with a computer and half a brain can relate to. Not necessarily in that order.

    Pretty funny stuff

While Sincerely, Scott Neumann won't win any Pulitzer Prizes, it will certainly entertain you. The letters to unsuspecting people are outrageous, and sometimes hilarious. If you consider the fact that actual living, breathing, thinking people took Mr. Strauss' e-mails seriously, you'll agree that this book is truly an amazing piece of 'fraud.' Good stuff.
