Barnes & Noble - Mark Schwartz
The telegenic Puerto Rican heartthrob Chayanne returns with his most varied set yet. Sincero features a catch-all mix of ballads, up-tempo pop, and some flat-out rockers that seem bent on filling the void left behind by Ricky Martin's sedate Almas del Silencio. The real allure for Chayanne fans will be the ballads, though, and these he delivers with just the right degree of intensity, from the opening "Sentado Aquí en mi Alma" to the sing-along "Quédate Conmigo" and the Franco De Vita–penned "Un Siglo sin Ti," which should keep the lighters raised to the heavens when Chayanne heads out on tour.

i Siempre un disco compacto bueno !

Since I first heard Chayanne's CD, Simplemente, I could not stop thinking about how Chayanne has overcame the obstacle of building a bridge between the gap of English and Spanish speaking artists. The fast-paced tempos of his songs make you want to get up and tango! His smooth, flawless voice adds to the perfect tone quality of the overall song. I encourage all individuals who enjoy the spicy sound of Spanish music and love to dance to listen or buy Chayanne's many CDs!
