Amazing: The first 14 pages of this book are accolades from stars - rising, fallen, and faint - as to how great a voice teacher Seth Riggs is, and then just about every lesson has a sidebar from some star saying how great a voice teacher Seth Riggs is. The whole format was so self-congratulatory I couldn't bear to read the lessons or even listen to the CDs. I've sent it back for a refund.

New Method To Singing Called 'Speech Level' Singing

Seth Riggs has trained Michael Jackson, Luther Vandross, and Janet Jackson. 3 of the music artists that many consider the greatest. This book teaches a singing method different from others. If you've tried other books and haven't gotten your results... this book teaches a different method to singing. It will extend your range, clarify your puncuation, educate you the proper ways to take care of your voice. I was a barritone starting this book but now i can sing to the highest note of the tenors. I recommend this book to anyone wanting to sing or anyone who has the desire to keep their voice in shape.

    Seth Riggs and Claude Stein

I have used this book for a year while singing on stage for our civic theatre. I am impressed with the techniques taught and the amazing results. I then went to a Natural Singer workshop with Claude Stein and found I am ahead of the other singers. Nice book!

    Nothing comes close!

I picked up the Seth Riggs book purely by accident. Since working these exercises, I have found the relaxation & range that I only dreamed about before. It's a simple program. It produces astounding results. And singers, practice in the corner of a room so you can hear yourself well. Or, a microphone and headphones will be even better. This way you will hear what that new beautiful high voice actually sounds like to others, rather than in your head.
