God has made no provision for divorce in the Bible. If you are invited to a wedding, you are a covenant witness, and if this couple later divorces, you should be invited to the divorce just as you were to the wedding.

Rediscover yourself no matter if you're in a relationship or not

Dr Monroe does an awesome job defining the purpose of relationships. After seeing a clearer picture of what God intended, I also saw the areas of opportunity that I needed to personally address. I recommend this book to EVERYONE!

    Excellent Book, Terrible Title

I highly recommend this book! Don't let the horrible title deter you from the excellent content. This seriously may be the worst title of any book anywhere in the sense that it gives you very little clue into what the book is about. The title is more like an outline of the sections of the book, or a list of people who should read it. His concept of "singleness" or wholeness in Christ, and it's impact on marriage and relationships is outstanding and something that everyone should grasp. Excellent, excellent, excellent concept!

    An Insult to My Intelligence!

From the very beginning, this author carries on about how people complain about being single when they should really be complaining about being alone: please! What single do you know that does not complain about being alone? They all do so this author's point is contrieved and pointless. He carries on with bible verses "proving" that the problem is being alone and not being single. Can I get a big "dah" here?

I read on only to find other pointless points giving much to do about nothing. This book was so bad which got me thinking, 'how did this book get so many five stars and no other grade while all of the other books failed to get a single review?' Then the Holy Spirit answered me: The authur must have a big family...

    HIGHYLY RECOMMENDED - A "MUST READ" !

EACH & EVERY Christian MUST READ this book, especially the UNMARRIED (never married, divorced, separated) - young and old alike! Our Singles Group is currently doing a study series on this. Eyes are being opened to the true meaning and value of "being single." This book shatters the "myth" of singleness instilled in us since childhood by family, society AND even the church! Not all churches though- thank God! This book will totally give you a whole new and godly perspective on, and understanding of, being SINGLE. No longer will the unmarried feel shame and embarassment over being unmarried, nor feel the pressure to find a mate! Such is the paradigm shift this book brings that the unmarried - and even the married - will experience true self-worth - a self-image that is not subject to societal standards and values; a renewed zest for living a life that makes a difference; a sense of completeness and fulfillment that comes from deep within one's being. After reading this book, both the married and the unmarried will want to be and remain "SINGLE!"

    Truly A Blessing

This book was given to me by a co-worker at a very crucial time in my life. My parents went thru an 8 year divorce at a young age and I at the age of 27 have remained unmarried/single. I had always questioned and gotten very frustrated with my sigelness, however after reading this book it has completly change my life. It answered every question I ever had in refrence to singlness, divorce, rejection, and so on. And has truly opened my eyes not only to what singlness truly is but also to the love of God and the freedom to love who he has created me to be. I would hands down recommend this to anyone!

    Why me?

I was very young when i got married, had a child at 16yrs old who was 5yrs old at the time and just had a new born when I was going thru a divorce feeling very sad, not sure if I had made the rigth choice. But reading this book made me look at myself not feeling bad about the choices i made in my life but renewing myself and getting to know me in a sprital, single ,married, separated and how i would feel about my life after a divorce.
