Overview

Molly Bishop loves living in Manhattan and managing a boutique luxury hotel. She's about to be promoted to her dream job of General Manager, the role she's been striving for her entire career.

There's only one thing standing in her way.

The will of her childhood friend, Christian Ford's grandfather. She hasn't even seen Christian in over ten years, but a recent run-in with his grandfather during a rare visit home, resulted in a new condition to the will. Christian will only inherit the ranch he's been running and the real estate development business that he has expanded, if he marries Molly and stays married for at least six months.

This is what I would call a cozy romance, it's romantic and sweet and is set in a small fictional town about 30 miles from Bozeman, MT. Warning, if you prefer your stories with the bedroom doors wide open and the windows steamed up, you may be disappointed. :)

I love to cook and try new recipes and if you do too, you may want to check out the recipe I included at the end of the book, for Lazy Lobster Casserole, the dish that Molly serves her guests at the Rose Cottage Inn's first wine dinner. It's a recipe I know by heart and have made a million times and is great for special occasions. It's a holiday tradition in our family to have it every Christmas Eve. :)

Easy read. Nice to read a story without explicit sex scenes

The story was a bit far fetched. A 24 yr old as GM of a large NYC hotel. So believable. Too much detail about food. It's like all the characters did was eat and drink wine. Quite boring. Other then the repetitive food appraisal, there really wasn't much of a story. Take all the paragraphs about food and yiu have maybe a couple chapters. And how old were they? The author mentioned that Molly moved to NY when she was 14. And was gone for ten years. So i am guessing 24. Then said that Christians brother was several years older then him but a page later he was only two years older so that made Christian 30. Very confusing. As far as a romance novel, yeah it wasn't. No romance at all in my opinion.

About 120 pages, modest sex description and overall pleasant read.

This is truly an amazing story. I loved resding about Molly and Christian. A simple but fun story to just sit down in front of the fire and kill a couple of hours with it. Aunt Betty was hillarious. Undoubtedly my favorite character.

Cute story!

A very quick read and I truly had fun. The heroine had ethics and she lived by the Golden Rule. The hero was emotionally damaged. Their story of love and romance was entertaining. If you are looking for an enjoyable read, here it is!

Gentle romance. Main characters were likeable. Decent plot. I was verry fond of the female lead's mom and aunt.

A nice, quick read. I enjoyed the way she handled the sex without being explicit like so many books are. My only criticism is that I feel like I've read it before, just with differant names.

Plot very predictable. Very little emotion in the story..got up, took shower, got dressed, ate breakfast..almost read like a grocery list. Way too much description of the wine they were constantly drinking. Gave it 3stars because it was a clean book and a fast read (faster if you skim over all the food and drink descriptions)

This is a very sweet story and it was good enough that I actually made it through the whole thing, but there are some things that could be fixed to make it great. 1 proof reading. There are a lot of grammar errors that need to be fixed 2 info dumping. Some of the descriptions about people dragged on and on 3 there were a lot of repetitive descriptions. Especially surrounding interior design. Also, Christian apparently only owned one nice button up. 4 some of the food descriptions got repetitive and felt like padding 5 conflicting plot points. I never figured out how old they actually were, or what time of year it was or how the brother got part of the ranch but the whole thing would have sold without the marriage, or when the brother left. Also, didn't she have a claw-foot tub in her room? 6 felt like you held back from conflict. Isabella sounds really vengeful and there was a lot of missed opportunity to delve into that. Might be better to flesh out the recipes and market it as a cook book with a story instead of a romance with some cooking aspects included.

What a nice read! It is refreshing to read a romance that is clean without bad language or lots of sexual language, I think it would be nice if she made a series, There are several characters that could be expanded on
