Six nights to remember, six days to forgive…

Esther is grateful for the strong arms that saved her and her young son from an earthquake. But she wishes their rescuer was someone else. Anyone other than the man who left her pregnant after a holiday fling.

Toby’s carpentry skills take him wherever there’s work, and right now that work is definitely cut out for him. He has to get over the shock that the little boy in his arms is his own son—and convince Esther that he’s always regretted walking away from her.

Esther can’t bring herself to deny Toby his right to get to know Charlie. Besides, with her own home flattened, she has nowhere to go but with him to his apartment…where she discovers a sexy role-playing card game tucked in his suitcase.

When Toby invites her to accompany him to the Northland to attend his best friend’s wedding, the opportunity to explore their still-simmering attraction is too tempting to resist. As the steamy scenarios heat up, they start to realize this is more than a game. But Esther’s hiding a secret that could cause as much devastation as the earthquake...

Warning: Contains role-playing fun including Roman slave and master, sexy schoolgirl spanking, and interrogation of a spy. Silk scarves included.

From the Publisher
“This heartwarming holiday romance is for those who like their sex hot and their endings happy. The relationship between Merle and Neon starts out as a no-strings holiday affair, but when they unexpectedly fall into love, the story packs a surprising emotional wallop. Highly recommended.”

Six Naughty Nights was a pretty light read with some delicious sexy times, a bit of humor mixed with emotional drama and turmoil, and characters that are flawed but grow as people throughout their journey and I really enjoyed that combo. Woods created a fun group of men and women that have a bit of a naughty side and aren't afraid to explore it. You gotta love that!

One of my favorite storylines is when the hero and heroine have a bit of history and Toby and Ester have that in spades. Years after a wild vacation fling that didn't end well their paths cross again in the midst of an earthquake and suddenly both their lives are completely upended when he realizes that the little boy with her is the son he never knew about. Holy. Drama.

Toby was an amazing hero and one I think anyone would love. He's sexy, accepting and brave. He's talented with his hands...in and out of the bedroom and he's got a vulnerable sensitive side to him as well that is incredibly endearing and makes a girl want to be a bit protective of him. I loved getting to see him with his son and having to deal with the emotions finding out about him cause. Esther had me on the fence a lot of the time. Sometimes I wanted to strangle her for not being able to let go of the past and other times my heart broke for this strong woman who struggled so much with her body image, with her role in keeping father and son apart and with letting anyone close.

There is just so much chemistry between Toby and Esther despite their emotional baggage and I loved watching them together when they could let go of the past and just be themselves. They're both good people dealing with hurt, with insecurities, and with undeniable attraction. Watching them work through their past and dealing with their uncertain future made it so hard not to feel for them. It's a very bumpy road they're on and the highs and lows they go through really grab your heart. They can be frustrating as hell but still you just want these two to make it somehow.

Woods kept the story from being too heavy with humor and sweet moments added in and sexy bits that were steamy and a little adventurous as the two take on a naughty card game and use their time together to do a little role playing.

Alright, so there was one thing that kinda got to me and kept the rating from being higher and that's the child who is supposed to be 2 years old and just doesn't act it. Sometimes yep he seems like a 2 year old but then he busts out with things like kissing is yucky and "he's never going to kiss anyone". He too often came across with the thought process/way of speaking that I'd peg for a 4+ year old and it got to me a bit.

Other than that though the story was great. I laughed a good bit during Six Naughty Nights and shed quite a few tears with these two as well. I really enjoyed the world Woods created and am looking forward to going back now and checking out book one, Seven Sexy Secrets.

    A good read.

Six Naughty Nights is book two in the Love in Reverse series. While I didn’t read Seven Sexy Sins, I had absolutely no problem reading this book.

Esther and Toby originally met three years ago, while they were each on vacation. They ended up spending fourteen days together, having sex whenever and wherever they could. When it was time to leave, Esther asked Toby if they could still see each other. Toby said no, since they lived on opposite sides of the country and he didn’t think a long distance relationship would work. Toby wasn’t looking to be in a committed relationship. Toby walking away broke Esther’s heart, but it also did something to Toby as well. Once he got on the airplane, he realized his mistake and tried in vain to contact Esther. Esther receives the messages from Toby. But with her heart broken in pieces, she refuses to speak with him. She soon learns that she’s pregnant and chooses to not tell Toby as her way of punishing him for breaking her heart.

In an unbelievable chance encounter, just seconds before an earthquake, Toby and Esther come face to face. Toby immediately knows that Charlie is his son. After Toby saves both Esther and Charlie, Esther is quick to confirm that Charlie is indeed his son. Immediately, they each know that their attraction for one another is still there.

Esther’s house is destroyed during the earthquake and Toby suggests first that they come and stay with him and then that they go with him to the Northland, while he attends his best friend’s wedding. While looking through Toby’s apartment, Esther discovers a card game called Naughty Nights. Toby and Esther both come to an agreement that while they are in the Northland they will act out some of the Naughty Nights scenarios. Each goes in telling the other that it will be only physical, without any emotions. But they each know in their hearts that it isn’t true. They just aren’t willing to tell the other. What transpires is HOT on a whole new level.

This was one of those books where I liked and hated the main characters all at the same time. Toby is a great guy, he’s just NOT the alpha guy that I usually go for in a book. He’s insecure and allows his family and friends to put him down constantly. At times, he even belittles himself. He’s a go with the flow kind of guy, who doesn’t seem to lose his temper and he never stands up for himself.

Esther, while I respect her for being a single mom without help from anyone, I hate that she put herself in that situation. Her mother died years ago and her father died while she was pregnant. While she was in the hospital giving birth to Charlie, she was mad at Toby because he wasn’t there to support her. She made the decision not to tell Toby she was pregnant, thus causing herself to be alone. She likes to blame Toby for never being around. She has several moments of immaturity when it comes to Toby. One thing I REALLY liked about Esther is that she had the guts to stand up for Toby when it came to his friends and family belittling him.

At times I felt that Toby was too aggressive sexually, but it turned out that was just the way Esther liked it. Even with the character flaws, I still really liked this book. You will immediately hope that these two can work out their problems. I found myself looking forward to the next book in the series.

Six Naughty Nights is such a sweet and sexy read! I enjoyed all

Six Naughty Nights is such a sweet and sexy read! I enjoyed all the characters as well as the setting - New Zealand. This is, at its core, a story of a second chance at romance. And I love it when characters get their second chance at love! :)

Esther and Toby first met in Fiji where they spent two glorious sex-filled weeks together while on holiday. Despite each having developed feelings for the other, once it was time to go home, Toby declines to continue the romance. When Esther realized she was pregnant, she went it alone rather than face the pain of rejection again.

They meet again in a supermarket during an earthquake where Toby saves both Esther and Charlie - his son. Since Esther lost her apartment in the quake, Toby invites her and Charlie to come home with him. While there, Esther and Charlie meet family and friends. Toby and Esther embark on another holiday of hot sex using a game called Naughty Nights. They both try to convince themselves there are no emotions involved. But it doesn't take long to realize they're lying to themselves and each other. However, they both must also figure out a way to forgive each other for mistakes they've made if they're going to have their happily-ever-after.

Six Naughty Nights was hot and a lot of fun. I do wish Esther and Toby had spent a bit more time together talking rather than playing their sex games. It would have saved them a bit of heartache. But the sexy scenes were sexy and extremely pleasurable -- for Esther and Toby! :) I was very pleased this couple got their second chance. They were very much in love. And Esther, so isolated in her life before, found friendship and acceptance in Toby's family and friends. I was delighted in the friends...Rusty and Faith and Dan and Eve. They were a great group of friends and well developed characters. And little Charlie -- I adored reading about his love of Thomas the Tank Engine, his smelling of baby shampee and powder, and his sucking his thumb. I could reminisce about my own little boy. :)

Six Naughty Nights is the second in the series. But I didn't feel like I'd missed anything not having read the first. However, I really liked it and will definitely continue the series.
