    Issa's writings helped me pass my ASQ black belt test

    I must be among the first people to buy this book. I am buying it before it is released because I have been following Mr. Bass¿ work on his portal for two years. The tutorials on his website were my primary text book for passing the ASQ six sigma black belt test. He is a great teacher and I am sure that his book has to be great. I give him the benefit of the doubt and give him a 5 star based on the wonderful work he has done for the public.
