Very delicious, melts in your mouth, satisfies your stomache
Emeril's sizzling skillets book covers a wide range of recipes, and while more photos would be beneficial, he gives a clear introduction to each recipe and explains the use of ingredients, and it is set out according to which pot or skillet pan is used. There is a lot in the book I will cook, some I won't because of personal taste, but it sure makes good reading.
