Overview

If you and I were walking on a dusk beach, and saw shapes washed ashore, would you be too afraid to walk close to them...?

Sketches from a Celestial Sea, a short story collection, contains 19 horrors, oddities and strange short stories about what we find washed ashore. You and I will walk the strange seascape together. We will find a strange house whose upkeep requires someones soul. We will find a little girl with her "bestest" pet, Henry, and his deep hunger. We will find an odd collection of rocks called the Mile Jetty that serves as a garbage disposal for everything in the sea. Most of all, we will find each other, and we will know how far into the Celestial Sea we can go without fear of never returning...

Read the young author's early story efforts from his fertile imagination and compulsion driven writing. You will surely be entertained, maybe horrified, and maybe startled.

Meet the Author

Rob Heinze is the independent best-selling author of THE SWARM, which was his first eBook published. THE SWARM has sold 25,000 copies in 12 months and continues to sell. Rob was born 6 days before Halloween, and has a strange predisposition to write about eerie, scary or unsettling things. Rob understands human kindness and empathy, but does not understand the darker side of humanity and tries to explore and come to terms with it in his writing. Among his many flaws, Rob is most proud of his ADHD and creative instinct. He is 31, married to a woman from whom he still gathers inspiration, and has two beautiful children.

His new novel, BEYOND THE SIGN, will be released on October 31 at 12:01 AM for $0.99. First 500 purchasers will receive a complimentary $5 gift card to Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts. So get it that day, as it will only last through Halloween...

Rob wants me to tell you that BEYOND THE SIGN is some deep, scary shit...I told him not to curse, but he doesn't give a flip :)

    Imagination without end!

Read this in bed late one night & couldn't put it down until I came to the end. I can only hope the author shares more anthologies in a like vein ASAP. His imagination is awesme. Again, though, couldn't rate it 5 stars, as the bad grammar and spelling continue to plague this author's works (this is extremely distracting from what could be a chair-gripping read).

    Good collection

Good collection of short stories. Short and to the point but still entertaining.
