In their first cookbook, they offer 125 easy recipes for meals from morning to night, including breakfast fare, "apres-ski snacks," and both quick and slow-cooked main courses. Recipes are rated by ease of preparation, using ski-trail icons (e.g., black diamonds for the more difficult ones), and skiing references and puns turn up often in the text and headnotes.
