All Music Guide - Thom Jurek
The bottom line is simply this: if you don't already have these two classics by the Ohio Players, you need them. England's BGO packages these two smashes from the early Mercury years onto a single disc. The sound is remastered; there are excellent liner notes by John O'Regan; and the music is so deep, wide, and nasty it simply doesn't get any better. Just buy 'em while you can.
