Very helpful! Quick & easy meal ideas. Just want I was looking for to jump start my life choice.
I have been eating vegetarian for quite some time, and wanted to eat vegan. This book has motivated me to slowly cut out all dairy, eggs and cheese. Still haven't cut out cheese completely, but confident I will be able to, eventually, with the help of this book!
Easy read, great to use as a quick guide. The tips are also useful depending on your dietary needs. She gives good advice on substitutions and is pretty straight-forward!
I bought 3 of these books: 1 for me and the others for my two vegan granddaughters. We all love it. The author is very knowledgeable about vegan substitutions and where to get them. No excuse anymore for dull meals. I highly recommend this book not only to vegans, but anyone trying out the vegetarian life style.
Some really great ideas in here for vegans. Still, it left me wanting more.
