    I was very happy with the information I learned from reading this book. Once I started reading it I wanted to keep learning more. I had been making so many mistakes with the way I eat. Now I feel that I have a chance with my crazy cavings and how to contol them.

    Loved the book!

    After reading this book I committed myself to a week of detox and lost 5 lbs. I like the 4 smaller meals a day and haven't eaten this healthy in years. It has revived my metabolism.
